Returns & Exchanges
We hope you will be happy with your M-O-B garments but if something’s not quite right you’ve got 14 days to return your items. All we ask is that the items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging. If you would like to organise a return or exchange please email us at: orders@m-o-b.com with your order number and how you would like to proceed. We will then provide you with the returns/exchange address and label.
PLEASE NOTE that we cannot offer free exchanges/returns shipping labels. The Royal Mail return shipping cost will be deducted from your refunded amount. That being said, if you choose an exchange, we will ship your exchanged items back out to you free of charge.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, processed for a refund or shipped back to you.
